FRANK ROGERS, President of the Boundary Bay Park Association is happy to offer a few tips to vendors setting up for the first time and suggests “Think about what will actually sell before you load up your vehicle; be realistic about pricing but certainly don’t give it away and place price stickers on your items ahead of time; bring along a ground sheet, blanket etc to display items — bring appropriate change and arrive early so you will be well prepared”.

Some local residents enjoy an early morning walk along the dyke and end up at the boot sale to browse through a variety of items, household goods, garden tools, crafts, clothing, jewelry etc. to seek out a sought after treasure. However for families wishing to drive there is lots of free parking, a playground close by for the children and coffee and cookies will be sold in the BBPA tent at the sale.
