Santa comes to Cammidge House – Dec 6, 2015 1:00 – 3:00

Santa Claus didn’t land by helicopter this year, but he was large as life at the heritage CAMMIDGE HOUSE, (off Boundary Bay Road) for his annual visit on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6 between 1.00 and 3.00pm.

IMG_4686The 100 year old house was festively decorated by the volunteer committee, and offered parents memories perhaps of a kinder, gentler Christmas where there is no pressure from the glitz and over exposure of shopping malls.

Each child received a goodie bag. Refreshments were available for parents and children. Children won great prizes.  This event is free, but donations were gratefully received for a contribution towards next year’s event.IMG_4692

Parents sharing in their child’s enthusiasm is a memory children carry for many years and Santa is happily posed for pictures and many parents brought their cameras and phones to record the occasion.
